This policy complies with Norwegian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Act on information duty and right of withdrawal in distance selling (Angrerettloven, lov 20. juni 2014 nr. 27 om opplysningsplikt og angrerett ved fjernsalg og salg utenom faste forretningslokaler), as well as the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in the EEA.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Angreretten — EU/EEA and Norwegian Customers)
Under Norwegian Angrerettloven and EU/EEA consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
Important: If we have not provided you with the legally required information about the right of withdrawal (as set out in Angrerettloven and E-handelsloven), the withdrawal period may be extended to 12 months from the end of the original 14-day period.
3.1 How to Exercise Withdrawal Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear, written statement before the deadline expires. You can:

If you submit your withdrawal electronically, we will send you an immediate confirmation of receipt. You may use the following withdrawal statement: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [order details], ordered on [date], received on [date], name, address."
3.2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may delay reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest, as permitted by Angrerettloven. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and without any fees for you.
4. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period (from the day after you receive the goods), or within any extended period if we did not provide the required withdrawal information (see section 3). For returns outside the legal withdrawal right (e.g. voluntary returns), we allow requests within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions below.
- Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as received
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number)
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or had their seal broken
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned after the return period has expired
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned or resold.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at partners@drozelongrdhepai.world with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the Product: Once approved, securely package the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Processing: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
7. Return Shipping
- For returns under the EU withdrawal right (14 days), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrect products, we will cover return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Refund Processing
8.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
8.2 Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- The full product price for unopened items
- Original shipping costs (for EU withdrawal right or returns due to our error)
The following may be deducted from your refund:
- Return shipping costs (if not covered by us)
- Any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
9. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs
For defective products discovered after the initial 7-day period, please contact us to discuss options.
10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
11. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep the original packaging for inspection if requested
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
12. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request cancellation:

- Include your order number in the subject line
- If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once received.
13. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
